Report: Blue Jays might have made high bid for Darvish (Yahoo! Sports)

The Toronto Blue Jays are believed to be the high bidder for the rights to negotiate with Japanese free agent right-hander Yu Darvish, according to the New York Post. The newspaper reported Thursday that the Blue Jays bid between $40 million and $50 million.
