Baltimore: LF Nolan Reimold was out of the lineup due to a bulging back disk, and he won't play Wednesday either, according to manager Buck Showalter. Reimold might be able to rejoin the team in Boston this weekend. ... Hitting coach Jim Presley had a kidney-stone attack in New York early Tuesday, and he went to a different hospital than originally planned due to intense pain, Showalter said. "He was screaming at the cabbie, 'Let me out,' and the guy basically just kind of dumped him out there because I think Jim scared him to death," Showalter said.

Texas Rangers Set to Host Tampa Bay Rays: Fan Preview (Yahoo! Contributor Network)

Before the Texas Rangers 2012 season began I took a look at the schedule and thought to myself that they would have a tough early stretch involving series against Boston, Detroit, New York and Tampa Bay. While I believed this team was good I didn't realize just how good they were. They swept Boston in Fenway, took three out of four from the Tigers in Detroit and took two out of three from the Yankees at home. I felt that each series would be progressively harder but Texas played them like it was business as usual.
