A-Rod worried about payments to ex-Rangers players (AP)

Alex Rodriguez has filed an objection to next week's auction of the Texas Rangers. The New York Yankees star says bidders aren't required to pay money still owed to him and some other former Rangers. Six years after he was traded, Rodriguez is owed $24.9 million in deferred compensation. Rodriguez's motion was among a dozen or so objections filed Wednesday, most by creditors.
