Rangers righty Alexi Ogando joins AL all-stars (The Canadian Press)
ARLINGTON, Texas - Texas Rangers right-hander Alexi Ogando was named to the AL All-Star team by Major League Baseball on Sunday as a replacement for New York Yankees left-hander C.C. Sabathia.

Rangers righty Alexi Ogando joins AL All-Stars (AP)
Texas Rangers right-hander Alexi Ogando was named to the AL All-Star team by Major League Baseball on Sunday as a replacement for New York Yankees left-hander C.C. Sabathia. Sabathia had been the replacement for Tampa Bay's James Shields, but Sabathia and Shields both pitched on Sunday, and Ogando was next on the players' ballot.

Rollins ready to roll atop Phils lineup for Game 6 (AP)
Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins was batting leadoff for Game 6 of the NL championship series Saturday night after losing his regular spot in the postseason.
